Nothing beats the county fair

Last week we took a quick little trip to Tremonton for the annual Box Elder County Fair. We go every year. I love it. My kids love it. Derek is a good sport!

I've been going for as long as I can remember and the girls have never missed a year. We look forward to it all summer and talk about all the things we are going to eat, ride and look at. To me there is nothing better then rides, scones, gyros, cotton candy, friends, sheep, pigs and old boyfriends all mixed together with live country music.

Haha! When I initially saw the top picture I thought, "Are Derek and Jess usually celebrators of Chinese New Year?!" The county fair makes much more sense!

Glad you guys had fun! I'm sure Derek loves the ex-boyfriend aspect of it all. ESPECIALLY with live country music...those are his two favorite things!
