I just realized the May is quickly coming to an end and even though we have been doing tons of exciting, fun and crazy stuff, I've posted nothing on the blog. So instead of trying to play catch up, I've made a nice, big list of all the stuff we've been up to. As you'll soon discover, May was nothing close to boring at our house.

. We had a huge storage loft built in our garage.
. Hauled 35 boxes of scrapbook stuff out of the basement. Can you believe I had SOOOOO much?
. Had a scrapbook yard sale in the rain.
. Started working on the basement. Let the dust storm begin!
. Celebrated my Grandpa Lasley's 80th birthday with a family party in Deweyville.
. Spent Mother's Day weekend in Tremonton with the fam.
. I got an amazing jogging stroller for Mother's Day. It plays music and tells me how far and fast I've ran.
. Abby gave me a complete set of flowers pens and Syd gave a small book for Mother's Day.
. It snowed a good 3 inches on May 24th.
. Derek started playing softball on Thursday nights. He already has a 'battle wound'.
. Evan is pulling himself up on everything.
. Abby, Syd and I went to see Alegria for girls night with my mom and sister.
. Starting a HUGE new project at work.
. Moved into my very own office at work and painted it a nice tan color with Derek.
. Evan went from eating 2 or 3 bananas a day, to spitting out every bite.
. Darci had her new baby girl Tatum Mae. She is so tiny and sweet.
. Derek got an ipad at work and is 'working' on it all the time.
. Evan has a constant bruise on his forehead from hitting it on everything.
. I've been obsessed with photography and taken some family shoots and read tons of photography books.
. Evan loved swinging in Grandpa's tree swing. The higher the better.
. Sydney is loving gymnastics.
. Abby did a great table display about Box Elder County for her end of year presentation.
. Spring soccer is finally over....I think we got to play in the sun once.
. Abby scored 2 goals in soccer and was an amazing goalie, while Sydney actually kicked the ball 4 times the whole season.
. As part of the Relief Society presidency I gave the May lesson on 'Getting the Right Priorities.'
. Derek took his whole office to see Iron Man 2 and loved it.
. Happy Birthday Grandma Lasley and Katelyn.
. Sydney has been busy finishing up an order of rice stuffies for her Grandma Stout.
. We booked Abby's ticket to Culver and she leaves in less than 4 weeks.
. Abby finished up piano lessons and is taking a break until fall.
. Derek and I said goodbye to "Lost". Now what do we do on Tuesday nights?
. Evan's newest tricks are clicking his tongue and saying 'hi dadadada'
. We got 5 yards of bark delivered and now our flower beds look fantastic.
. I've become a KSL classifies junkie selling and buying stuff.
. Derek has been stressed all month at work and had to work some pretty late nights.
. We finally closed and sold our rental property and are the proud owners of only ONE house.
. Our favorite neighborhood teenager Jordan graduated from High School. Congrats! Good luck at U of U.
. I took a tour of the LDS Conference Center Roof Gardens in the rain with some neighborhood ladies.
. School is out. Let the late nights and popsicles begin.
. Abby completed 4th grade and Sydney completed 1st grade. Both got fantastic grades.
. Sydney did the Hokey Pokey at the dance festival and Abby is now an export Turbo Hustler.
. Abby performed in the 4th grade Rock Concert and went on a school field trip to Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Museum.
. Sydney went on a school field trip to the Hoogle Zoo in Salt Lake City. She loved the bus ride.
. The Slushy Shack in Highland opened and we stood in line behind 32 other people to get one. We love our Tigers Blood with cream.
. Took the girls to an amazing REAL Salt Lake Soccer game. Derek and Abby are now official HUGE FANS.
. Evan spent the weekend at Grandma and Grandpa Lasley's house. Now he is completely spoiled.
. Everyone is happy, health and ready to enjoy summer.

And because this post is so text heavy, here is one of my favorite photos from May. I really wanted a photo with Grandma and Grandpa and all the grandkids and this is as good as I could get. Aiden and Grandma are the only ones even paying attention. Katelyn is looking at the parking lot. Sydney is cuddling with a rock. Abby is poking herself in the eye. Evan is eating Grandpa's watch. Grandpa is laughing. But everyone is happy....and that is all that matters.
