Tomorrow is the last game of the Blue Blizzards. Derek and I are having some mixed emotions. We're excited to get our Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings back, but it is sad to see the season end. The girls are having a great time and they are finally getting "IT" and playing so well together. They are passing and spreading out and attacking the ball. Last night they destroyed their opponent, winning 7-0. Abby scored 2 goals, assisted on another, and didn't let a ball past her as goalie.
Derek has done an amazing job coaching. He is good mix of motivation, competition and craziness. As you can tell from the photo above, the girls love having him as a coach. He might make them run, but it's worth it when they win!
