Evan is just like all other little kids and is going through the lying faze. We've had the talk about telling the truth over and over again but it doesn't seem to be sticking. He isn't very good at lying. Whenever he tells a lie he makes this silly little face and looks out of the corner of his eyes. It is totally obvious and hilarious.
This past weekend he heard the girls say they were 'just kidding'. He was very curious about what it meant because he thought it sounded a lot like lying and they weren't getting in trouble. After I told him what it meant and how it worked he was very excited. For the rest of the weekend every time he told a lie he'd say, "that wasn't a lie, it was a just kidding!'
